Chapter 4 - 4

Liz was so full she had a hard time even moving by this point. Shrugging her ruined jeans the rest of the way off her bloated body she walked down the hall to her bathroom. Looking into the mirror above the sink she saw chocolate and other crumbs smeared all over her face. Pulling her shirt off more crumbs fell to the floor. Looking up once again into the mirror she saw her stuffed belly reflected back at her as well this time and turning to the side she put her hands on top of her gut. She could not believe the size she had become again. she had let go and allowed herself to believe that it didn't matter to Nate. No she was as fat as she used to be and yes she supposed she could fix this damage, but, that wasn't really the point. She was angry that she had let herself trust such a jerk! He had lied about his feelings and worse yet in her mind had tricked her into getting fat again. Hadn't she told him why she didn't want the temptation didn't she pour her heart out and try to avoid this little scene?? All right she decided trying in vain to suck her tummy back in... you want to be a liar and a user and treat fat girls like this well then you have my rath coming! That thought decided she finished stripping out of her under things and got into a shower.

The next morning Liz went to have breakfast with an old friend of hers. Liz spent the first little while simply pour her heart out about the break up and what happened. There were no tears Liz had moved past that and wanted blood. Her gorgeous slim friend reached across the table and took Liz's hand. "I agree what he did was beyond cold and mean,' she said, 'I don't know quite what we can do about it yet but trust me we will figure this out." The two women continued their visit for a while longer and then the cell phone in Liz's friends purse began to ring. Taking the phone out she answered, "Doctor Reed how may I help you?" Liz waited for her friend to finish her call. "Hey hun I have to get to the hospital," she informed Liz and paying for the bill promised she would help find a revenge for her friend and left. Liz finished her coffee still trying to calm herself before heading off to work herself, but, she didn't hold much hope of getting even.

A month went by and Liz was back into getting her former body back. She had sewn the button back on those jeans and they were bagging off her butt a week or so after. She had thrown herself back into her work outs she had no interest in dating any of the guys that had begun to notice her again. She knew that she could get right back into her skinny outfits before too long. She still wanted to get even with Nate. As it happened fate had taken the upper hand in that one in the form of a phone call.

Doctor Reed was in her office making notes in charts and getting ready to see her new patient she her eyes fell across the name on the file that had been put on her desk a few moments before...It couldn't be?? "Nathan Benson" was printed right across the tab. Picking up the chart she read that Nate had been having trouble sleeping for the last month. It seems his issue started about the same night he had broken poor Liz's heart. Well karma was kind of a bitch wasn't it? Yet she still had a small idea starting to form in her mind. She realized it was so completely unethical and it could get her medical license revoked and yet she thought if she was careful enough no one would have a clue what was happening until the damage had already been done. Smiling to herself she opened the door to the exam room and shaking Nate's hand asked how she could help him today.
