Chapter 1 - Prologue

Graduation

“Yes mom, I am coming!” Sophie ran downstairs in her gab and gown and looked at her family. She couldn’t believe she had finished high school. Sophie had a wonderful time, a lot of friends, played some sports, went to some parties and still managed to study well.

So, off they finally went, but first a quick stop for mom and her at McDonalds.

“You can’t graduate on an empty stomach, Sophie.”

When they came to the counter she ordered 5 quarter pounders, four for her and one for Sophie since she was a rather large woman.

When her mom and her had arrived at school, her family was already there. Waiting for her arrival.

The ceremony went smoothly and when they came home, a feast was prepared. Of course, she thought, trying to fatten me up early. Her mom and sister already cramming food inside them. Sophie did not want to end up like her mother, weighing over 350lbs or her big sister Emma who already weighs 280lbs. No, she and her best friend Victoria who also had a fat mom would stay slim, they had to, right?

Vic, we are not letting ourselves go ever, deal?

Of course Sophie, we are not ending up like the rest of the women in our families. If we just keep up with our healthy lifestyle, nothing can go wrong.

But since you’re going to your mom’s Alma Mater I should warn you, everyone in our families blew up when they went there. Look at your sister, she says there is nothing wrong with the college, but I heard different stories. Just promise me you’ll be careful Sophie.

Okay Vic, I promise, but now, let’s party!

Later in bed she thought to herself, it is strange that they let no one near the college if you are not enrolled. It was all very mysterious to her, but she heard some good stories at least about it. And maybe her family didn’t want to scare her off, because all colleges have some strange rules, right?

Maybe if her sister did not act so vague as to why she got a lot fatter, she would have no trouble going there. After all, there could be a lot of reasons why someone gets fat, maybe it was because of the lack of boys at the all-girls college as she drifted off to sleep..
