Stage zero:
You're at your bikini weight, a beach body that is perfectly toned and muscular. Your built for physical performance. To maintain your frame you eat less food and you consistently workout and have built a body that sports slim toned, but muscular legs and washboard abs. You butt is small and toned. Your breasts are the only soft parts of your body. Keeping your body in this shape has been difficult, and nearly impossible to sustain.
Stage one: The first ten pounds.
You've relaxed a bit and inevitably gained weight. But its alright, this is the safe zone. Your not fat yet, you're not even overweight yet, but you could be......
Your body has lost some of its definition. Your thighs are looking a little less muscular while your butt sports a slight jiggle. Your waistline no longer has the washboard abs but some definition lingers. You sport just a slight jiggle at your waist and sides. Your breasts feel a bit tight in their sports bra. You realize you've gained weight but the idea of going back to your workout regiment sounds horrible. You don't mind your extra weight and the little jiggle is actually pretty cute. So you move on hungrily to the next stage....
Stage two (+15-20 lbs): pinch an inch
You've been indulging lately and it shows. Your palette has transitioned some what, you now crave more high fat foods and treats. You've worked out less and less and its beginning to show. At this point muscle tone is mostly gone and replaced by jiggly fat. You now sport a fattened belly that has lost all hint of abs. Your waistline threatens to spill into your lap when you sit. Your thighs have lost their tone and slightly jiggle when you walk. Your butt has grown too, fattened by your indulgence. Your breasts will have grown to and perhaps gone up a cup size. You begin to take note of your fatty achievements.
-You've outgrown some of your clothes
-The flab at your waist now starts to spill over most waistband
-You'r love-handles have emerged, but seem under nourished
-your butt and thighs will jiggle slightly when you walk
-A crease may be forming at your side just below your bra
This is the tipping point. You can always go back, and torture yourself on the treadmill. But you actually kind of like the extra padding on your body, the beginnings of a voluptuous figure are evident and thrills you. So you go on...
Stage three (+30lbs): flab to grab
There's no hiding it now. This is it, you're overweight. Fat has become a lifestyle now. Exercise is exhausting and you didn't want to do it anyway. You need to preserve those calories. Your fat now and this is the point where you've begun to keep track of your fatty achievements, the measurement milestones, and the pinching of inches. You have an undeniable belly at this point, even your waistband cannot deny it jiggly girth as it freely spills into your lap. Achievement one.
Gaining achievements/milestones at stage 3
-you've now outgrown your clothes
-your belly spills over your waistband while sitting and rests on your lap
-your have love-handles now begin to spill over your waistband
-you're sporting the beginnings of a double chin
-the crease at your side has now swollen into your first roll
-your thighs and butt are both fattened and jiggly, they jiggle with most movement now
-you sport a FUPA
-your first stretch marks arrive
-Your double chin is now fully developed, but you can still hide it to a degree
Stage four (+50-100 lbs): Large and in charge!
Congratulations! you're obese! This is a big moment for you. You've given in to lifestyle at this point. You find that you're always craving fatty foods and regularly giving in. This stage is mostly measured by fatty achievements.
-you no longer walk, you waddle.
-Everything jiggles when you waddle.
-Completion of your spare tire. Your belly fat now spills from lovehandle to lovehandle. So much of spills that you must lift your girth just to find your waistband.
-Your belly now begins to spill over your waist band when standing, the blissful belly hang
-Your thighs and butt are now huge. Your butt will fill whatever chair you are sitting in. The fat that now dominates your thighs claps on each other from your FUPA down to your knees
-Your breasts are massive and swollen at this point. You've gone up several up sizes.
-Your belly roll is now prominently developed and it to jiggles.
-Your arms and fingers have also started to put on some extra padding
-Your double chin has grown in prominence and is no longer hide-able
-You are jiggly and fat now, and you love it.
Stage 5: oh lawd she coming! +over 100 pounds
This stage and stage zero are the least populated stages. Only certain gainers push it to these limits. A perfect example of a stage 5 body would be the curvage model Kitty piggy, or some of the bigcuties models, who sports all the fatty features and continues to set her own fatty achievements. This is where things like immobility come into play. One thing can be said though, stage 5 gainers completed all the achievements, they won the game.
