The Neighbor Conundrum

Chapter 1 - Intro

In a normally uneventful suburb lived a couple Steve and Jess. Both are fairly average and normal people, except that Jess has in her family tree a history of witches. She herself has not inherited any of the traits but has a aunt that she keeps in touch with.

Steve on the other hand has no such thing and is a normal guy working in a corporation to make a decent living.

As for the looks Steve is a fairly fit guy that goes to the gym. Likes to go on bike rides and just have a normal life.

Jess is on the skinny side and her whole family was that way. She has a pair of small A cup breasts and is about 100lbs in weight. She also likes the normal activities of going on bike rides and having fun in the outdoors.

They rarely leave the neighborhood and usually stay close to home.

This uneventful life went on until in the house across the street there was somebody new that moved in. By the looks of it it was a single young lady. Tall and with curves in all the right places (not fat). Big augmented breasts and very revealing clothing. She was turning all the heads in the neighborhood. All the men were very keen getting to know her.

Steve also was always keeping an eye out for her and this was the wrench thrown in the gears. Jess was noticing him looking for the new neighbor. It was impossible not to.

Jess stared addressing the matter by asking Steve that she should be concerned?

What was it that attracted him so much and what she could do to get his attention. She was really getting worried that the lady next door would snatch him away.

She was afraid to ask her aunt to help her out with some spells because she has had some bad experiences in the past where her boyfriends mysteriously disappeared or had weird curses thrown on them.

But Jess thought about a plan: she would go to her aunt and demand that she would do it the way Jess wanted. Her aunt would need to listen to her and help her out if she gives clear instructions.
