This is another fun fantasy of mine, and one that I really enjoy roleplaying, since it feeds into my love of vore as well as weight gain.
In this fantasy, I have an amulet that grants me special magical powers -- the power to transform people into living cakes. They look like big cakes with human heads, and sometimes useless hands and feet. Their bodies grow back, so there's no danger of death. Using these powers, I invite unwitting people to my house, turn them into living cakes, and gorge myself on my ever-growing collection.

Looks like it's starting with our kids. I was at the pool yesterday, and I saw this HUGE girl. She couldn't have been older than 12, and she was already bulging and hanging out of her swimming costume. That's the way to a fat future!

Come to think of it, what's wrong with just going barefoot? It's not like you'll be walking around too much, anyway.

So I've been asking around in preparation for reaching 500 pounds, and when it comes to clothing, everyone advises me to wear clothes that are either loose and baggy or tight and revealing. I'm at a bit of a loss when it comes to shoes, though. I'm thinking that sandals or flip-flops would be my best bet for squeezing my fat feet into. Any ideas?
