in 2019 i shattered my ankle and was basically bed bound for weeks in traction. it was horrible.
i'm at a point now because of my COPD, EDEMA, weight and height, that I need help to go everything from getting out of bed in the morning to showering etc.
Immobility is a fun fantasy.
irl... This is boring.

my capacity increased when i started getting filled regularly. I found that just using water was a bad idea. So when water was all i could afford i made sure it had electorlytes in it.
i think every three day of being filled to capacity is a good way to stretch your insides and outside to increace capacity.
but mainly just regularly push your limits

Main thing for me was to keep it clean and dry.
wash carefully
then i used a cotton undershirt rolled up and kept it in place with my fat roll. This kept it from getting sweaty or moist.

Does anyone have a specific thing they added to their diet that they think really helped them gain
My shakes cause the most gain i think. Chris has a new goal for me. Peanut butter mixed with powdered sugar. The fat and sugar are a lot of empty calories. It's easy to eat and i love the texture.

Thank you for helping me get over my fear of wearing a diaper.
This is a lot easier than waiting for help.
Its been really hard to get over the feeling of failure and embarrassment when i use it.
Thank you again

I mix it with brownie mixes.
Sometimes I mix 2 or 3 at once.
Put some in fridge and some in freezer.
Save for later

How to you feel when famous people talk about fighting obesity ?
Such as wanting to lower the obesity rate.
Like when such talk comes from health experts, celebrities, pro athletes, or politicians
I couldn't care less what any "famous" person has an opinion on.
