love padding
I have padded in public, but it was a long time ago. I pad myself when I jog in the mornings, but only a small pad in my jogging shorts to give me a larger butt. I don't count that.

how do i consistently gain visceral fat
I have a 48" firm, round belly which of course is visceral fat. I don't know why I have only visceral fat and not "sub", though genetics does play a roll, good luck.

I too wear "Speedo" bathing suits, usually at hotel pools later in the evening with fewer other guests around.
I do like to stick out my belly at grocery stores, while I'm shopping, just fun.
