Day 3
My back hurt, I slept on the floor last night not having a bed yet. I slowly walked through the apartment and got into the shower then realised I didn’t grab any towels I walked through to the bedroom where all my bags were and got a polo shirt out and dried off with that and got into my work suit. I walked to McDonald's and forced down as much as I could of a McDonald's breakfast then went to the nearest shop and bought a carton of cream and walked to work. I made my shake powered up my computer and started work. At lunch, I went to McDonald's got a big mac and small fries. But I couldn’t finish the fries I got back to work and immediately called the hospital and booked myself in to have the gastric band removed. I then went to my bosses office and said I needed to take urgent absence as I was going to have an operation but could return to work in 2 weeks. This should give me enough time to sort my apartment before my operation in a week.

Day 11

It’s the day after my operation and I already feel miles better. I've already had 2 shakes today and a McDonald's and its only 12 pm I decided today I would weigh myself, I got the bathroom scales out and stepped on waiting for the red numbers to stop flashing. 202lbs/14st 6lbs/91.6kg. id gained 6lbs in 11 days! Not bad at all! Now I could eat more I was at every chance I got. I had my solicitor on with suing and divorcing my wife. Everything was looking up.
