I don't have too many stories so far, but I swear the moment I passed 200 lbs my cardio died. I was never a big runner but I was still decent enough at it. But now I can't run for any more than a couple minutes at a time, and I've completely cut running from my workout routine. I've mentioned this before but it also still surprises me how much I sweat now. Back when I was skinny even in the Texas heat id hardly break a sweat, now I'll walk around outside for 5 minutes and im already panting like a dog
