Think it's possible to grow a feedism yt channel to 1m subs?
MrCupeKe:
I'm sure if I am extremely careful and I don't get on YouTube's bad side with what's allowed, I just might grow the channel to 1M subs.
It's called Mr. Overstuffed, I plan to upload content of my self soon.

I would proceed with great caution. Assuming you're able to grow your audience to that size, you're going to get outside attention. Most of that attention will not be good.
I will never forget when MochiiBabii started popping off and Swolenormous sicced his audience of rabid fitness nuts on her back in 2020. That was certainly an event.

I remember that. I’m just gonna worry about my audience rather my competition. They don’t really dictate what I’m happy with doing. Plus our community and YouTube could use a fresh new take on making content

Actually, I mean they were mass reporting her, so she took everything down and left before shit could really hit the fan.
It would probably be safer to do what Weird Wood did for a bit. Iirc, she did feedist podcasts and interviews. Basically, make feedist content without making softcore porn.

There’s probably only around a million feedists in the world so I wish you luck

Is 1M what you need to monetize or just a nice round (heh) milestone? Also what sort of content, gaining journey or more of informative, discussion, fireside chat, etc? I wish you luck, as it would cool to have anything remotely mainstream, but I’m guessing like Munchies said you will fly under the radar for awhile, but if it really takes off you are bound to get trolls and tons of negative attention. Good luck, I’m interested in seeing what you post.
Just one request, please don’t sell out to the cringey click-bait thumbnail faces lol.

The idea was that I would play Minecraft for example, and maybe everytime I die I would chug a soda, or everytime I say a specific word I have to eat half a burger. I would show results at the end, but I feel like this would appeal to more than feedism audiences. And also if a clickbait thumbnail will get me tons of views and attract more people, I’ll do it. If it gets views I don’t mind it being cringey as long as it doesn’t lie and deceive the audience.
And if YouTube hates this, then food competitions should be banned too

Careful with that mentality lest you become the next Nikocado Avocado.

I don’t think this idea will take off like you think it will and I’m not saying this to try and be mean but unless you’re willing to play the long game, (and I mean years apon years) this will not work out for you unless you’re the next MrBeast in terms of marketing lol
There are a few different ways you could make this work depending on your niche. But just doing challenge videos won’t be enough especially in the gaming scene. People will get bored with that real quick unless you’re constantly innovating. Not only that but you’d be competing against hundreds of thousands of other creators in that niche who are doing normal gaming content or other challenge style content it’s almost impossible, unless you have some value that is truly unique
You could try to go the ASMR/muckbag route there are tons of Youtubers, who have done that and are highly successful
you could try to do edutainment (educational entertainment style of content) kinda like matpat or (insert YouTuber here who does educational Contant) basically you could create educational videos about feedism to try and inform/enlighten people about this fetish maybe throw in there tips on gaining. But understand that you will get massive backlash not only from trolls and everything else, but also from other Youtubers and people will make videos of you ridiculing your ideals
You could also do cookbook reviews and mix that with the ASMR/muckbang niche you could show yourself cooking the food and all the delicious audio that comes from cooking the food after you’re done cooking the different foods, you can sit down and eat them and describe how they taste and which, foods you would recommend from the book and why. it doesn’t necessarily have to relate to feederism but it would help feeders and feedees and you never run out of content to make because there’s always new cookbooks coming out hell there’s 100s video game cookbooks you could try if you really want to be in the gaming niche
Thumbnails are only a 4th of the game. remember that YouTube is a search engine SEO really matters it goes thumbnails, title, description, tags in order of importance click bait thumbnails are NOT the key to success BUT they can help if your thumbnail does not represent what the video is in the first five seconds of the video you will have a massive drop off in viewer retention, which will then cause YouTube to stop pushing out your video. your main goal with each and every video should be to get 1% better at retaining your viewership not necessarily trying to get to 1 million if you become a master of retain in your audience, you can hit 1 million subscribers easily but if you focus on trying to get 1 million subscribers and not understand your viewers retention you will get nowhere fast
…. Sorry for the text dump. Lol just thought I would throw in some quick advice since were talking about YouTube stuff. I wish you the best of luck, no matter what you do and I agree with what munchies said. Lol also sorry if this doesn’t make much sense it’s extremely late where I am XD

All good points. It's not easy to get a million followers no matter what your genre is. And if what you're making is porn, that breaks most platforms' site rules. Sure, there are a lot of channels that do this anyway, but since they are so small, they fly under the radar. But if they get too big, then that's when they get eyes on them.
And then
Consequences
Now, there are people who make porn, but they also do separate things. Maybe they've got a Twitch channel for games and an Only Fans for the triple X stuff.
But make no mistake about it. What OP is talking about is straight-up porn. Food challenges while gaming is fine. I think there are some channels that do this at least from time to time. But once you get to the showing results part, you've lost all plausible deniability. It's just porn with a side order of Minecraft. Trust and believe me when I say YouTube knows what feedism is.
