Theme of the month - may 24

Last month's theme was Freedom - if anyone didn't get a chance to throw up a short story on that topic, post it any time. There were a few people who wanted to write something who didn't get a chance to finish, so I'll leave it open.

In the meantime, I'd like to take a little detour and recharge some batteries this month and write some poetry.

Since poetry isn't officially allowed in the story boards, let's post everything here in this thread.

I don't have a specific theme in mind, just all the things this website is about: weight gain, feederism, size positivity, etc... Keep it broad.

If you want to do a sonnet, that's great, silly limerick or haiku, great, free verse, great. Do whatever comes to you! All skill levels are welcome! There is no judgement!

Write some poetry!

Wisteria

Pale wisteria hangs
Soft violet almost fleshlike in the shade
Slack, heavy
A lover’s form. Posing
It’s spring when all is in its fullness
All winter preparing to blossom, now in bloom

Sex will take her into summer
Work her
Lose the ripened curves
Some of them

Leanness comes later but those are cold days
Now she’s heavy and warm and shaking in the breeze

Gorgeous! I don’t know that I’ll be able to contribute but a lovely start to the theme

Really beautiful, I love it!

I am sorry I didn't see this challenge earlier - it looks like a fun one to try. I am very much NOT a poet, but the theme is kind of inspiring. smiley

Give it a shot! I’ll leave it open a few more days. I’m surprised we didn’t get any dirty limericks yet, tbh!

Hey, I haven't forgotten that it's June. Does anyone have any thoughts on what they'd like to do? Poetry obviously wasn't a big hit!

We could:

Do a writing prompt again
Critique a single story (and if someone has something shorter, and would like to volunteer, that would be great!)
Do a Q&A about writing and writing kink fic with all the amazing authors here? Like I could come up with some questions and we could all answer them and then discuss? That one might be fun

Or anything else that you folks can come up with!

Any and all sound good. Poetry is just not my thing but I appreciate trying to keep it fresh from month to month. The questionnaire might be a fun way to see how different writers approach things and their preferences, but also down to review a story for old times sake if someone’s willing to share.
