Fat distribution is fascinating, no?

When I'm upright, it now looks like my moobs are almost A-cup. If I lean forward, they seem bigger - I can cup them and they feel like proper boobs.

He go so that he would only go out in public wearing loose clothes and a jacket or a tight undershirt and a baggy jacket.

Estrogen in guys can do really amazing things as far as changing body type. It also makes them gain weight overall. Some men respond to this more than others. But my man... it was amazingly ridiculous.
He also got lazier and didnt exercise anymore.
in every way this is a good way to make a man change.

How big and heavy did he get?

Birth control/estrogen pills are prescription only, aren't they?

I really doubt any medical professional worth his salt would issue such a thing to a male.

Maybe HRT, but that's difficult to obtain and would require passing an extensive psychological evaluation to determine if the patient is trans and thus eligible for it, right?

Birth control pills are now OTC.

I live in NM close to the US/MEX border.
Their regulations make more sense than ours. Most medications are easily gotten OTC.

Customs doesn't give problems and thus confiscate it all?

It's a solid "it depends".

That said, for the love of all things good and holy, do not mess with you hormones to gain. You can very easily end up with side effects you didn't sign up for.
