What to use for a weight gain shake?

Brownie mix
leave out the eggs
fold in a half cup of butter
add instead of a quarter cup of oil, add a whole cup of oil
add whole milk till you get the consistency that you want.
You can leave it like this and drink it or spoon it.
I like to add chocolate chips and walnuts to mine then freeze it. The extra oil keeps it from turning into a brick.
and if you remember to stir it really hard every 20 minutes it will be lighter too.

I've mixed it so thin that it flows throught a funnel and tube easily and mixed it so thick that it's like eating ice cream.

Ah, Thank you! I have most of that other than the brownie mix so that won't be too expensive at all.

Be careful with the oil and fat consumption. It has a laxative effect, and you can end up having a very public, very violent accident.

I'd also take a look in the recipe section of the forums. There are a lot of recipies out there you can try.

Interesting thread—some of the opinions here are pretty bold, but that’s what makes discussions like this engaging. Always curious to see how different perspectives clash and connect.

Well to gain fat it is optimal to mix fat with fast carbohydrates.

That is what all shakes have to have in comen.

With taste and texture it comes down to personal preference smiley

I think the easiest base is
Heavy cream and maltodextrin it mixes well and you can just add what you like for taste.

200g of heavy cream and 100g of maltodextrin
Add up to 900calories

Ice cream is basically a weight gain shake u can just melt it und drink.

Oils don’t mix as well you need a emulsifier.
Nuts and nutbutter will give you a destinct taste. So I usually not using them.

I tried a similar brownie mix idea once and honestly loved the flexibility with texture and add ins. It feels experimental in a fun way, kind of like figuring out strategies in 2 player games with different outcomes.

What to use for a weight gain shake?

My 600+-pound feedee wife is addicted to sweetened condensed milk. She puts it in drinks, cereal, and eats it like a spread on toast and with cocoa powder and walnuts like a creamy dessert. She consumes 3-5 tins a day, accounting for about 3,500-6,000 calories.
