An annoying thing for me is discomfort lying on my front in bed now.
You see, my belly is so fat, such a fat blob, that when I lie on my front, the fat pushes into my stomach and organs. Seems it gives me some sort of indigestion I don't get otherwise.
The other night, for example, I heard a loud "squeak" coming from my belly which woke me up. I had inadvertantly rolled into a front sleeping position and my belly didn't like it so it squeeked. So I changed position.

I am more of a side and back sleeper, but when I want to sleep on my front, I lay on a bunch of pillows with a space for my tits to kinda just ... hang
