Gaining

New goal

I started my journey a few months ago. I went from 140 to about 170 maybe a little over. My ultimate goal for the next year is 350. I’m a 5’1 female any tips on how to gain? And can anyone decribe how it will feel to be that big

Depends, do you want a healthy gain or do you not care? The latter is a lot quicker

I don’t really care about health. How much should I gain?

Just go wild, try anything you want. I’d recommend you trying to mix butter into all your meals in some way to drive up the calorie count

Be as lazy as possible. If money is not a concern, order every meal in and only get up to use the bathroom or to get more to eat. Ideally, getting a step tracker and setting how low you can get the number would be best.

Drink "dirty soda," some sort of soda with cream or half and half, syrups, etc. It can take a 500cal gas station drink up to over 850 in the same volume. Drink as many calories as you can.

The more you lay around and do nothing, the more your muscles will atrophy. You might not gain a whole lot for a while despite everything because you're losing muscle mass as you're gaining fat mass. And the faster you grow while your muscles get weaker, the closer immobility could be. You might have issues with your gallbladder which can slow or reverse progress, so jump on those early so you can keep growing. Don't get discouraged!

It's really funny to me to see all of these posts encouraging OP and giving him advise on how to be immobile. But y'all have not attempted to be realistic with OP at all.

They were 140 lbs a month ago. According to their profile, they are 20.

Could you go from 140 to immobile in 4 years? Maybe. MochiiBabii went from 177 to 350 in two years, so theoretically it's possible. OP doesn't care about health. But how are they going to afford it?

Mochii had a lot of help to get as fat as she did. She had her live-in boyfriend/feeder and a large, dedicated fan base that helped fund her feedings. She mentioned spending 4 grand one month on food alone.

As far as we know, OP is a regular 20 year old. What support do they have? How can they afford to eat that much? Even if they do everything that Mochii did, there is no guarantee they'll have her success.

This is more likely to be a long term plan lasting several years if they are dedicated enough to it.

Solid point. Getting fat can be very expensive, expecially if you start hitting fast food & restaurants daily. I be been doing a brief gaining push & put on rought 20lbs in a month & I was eating fast food 2x a day. Luckily my wife & I are well off & have no kids, but I’m certain I spent about $1000 this month on eating out

Oof

Another point to add, but not caring about your health will cap your gains. If you don't eat a somewhat balanced diet and do at least some light exercise, you will struggle to reach your full potential. Your body will start shutting down on you at much lower weights.
