I assume you mean eating past “feeling full”. Of course that’s possible, I do it on a daily basis.😉 It’s mostly a habit you get used to. It really helps when the food in question is something you like and it’s fairly processed. It’s a lot easier to overeat on something soft, sugary or salty than a bunch of kale or broccoli! Don’t go crazy at first, just start with a yummy snack (zebra cakes come to mind for me) and eat the whole package.
Increasing your capacity is really all about just eating a little bit more every day, imo.
Eating to maximum capacity is different (and less effective for beginners imo). You literally stuff yourself until you physically can’t fit any more food in. It can be exhausting and really mess with your digestion. But it can also be a very satisfying experience if done right.
