Stuffing

I have been able to chug 2 liters of chocolate back to back for some time now.
It leaves me painfully full, and it honestly makes me feel so good, even thou it hurts 😅
I want to know if its possible to stretch my stomach even more, i want to be able to chug 3 liters in one go 😍
Is that stretching it to much or ?

Stretching your stomach for greater capacity is exactly what is happening to you right now. It happens faster than you know. Just keep this habit regularly.

The max possible for most stomachs, and I do mean the max, is 4liters and that is pushing it to the rupturing risk, I highly recommended you do not try exceeding 3 liters as that's still in the rupturing zone

Little update,
Today on an empty stomach i tried chugging 3 liters, i managed to finish it all.
At first it felt fucking amazing, the feeling of being so stretched and also thinking about i just chugged 2200 calories in pretty much one go 😅
But then i starting feeling pretty bad, and this might be tmi.
But i ended up puking really bad, so i finally found my limit wich much be arround 2.5 liters i think 😅

Probably should stop at 2.5 next time and keep it down.

Yes deffintly, it was a waste of colories that could have turned into more added fat 😅😅
