If you want to gain muscle eat a lot of protein and carbs, especially after workouts. The protein builds muscle and the carbs (sugar) spikes insulin which helps get the protein into your muscles so they can actually grow.
If you want fat, then eat a lot of fat and carbs/sugar together. Fat in the form of fat stores most easily on your body. Again, the sugar and insulin spike causes the fat to be stored instead of burned.
Since you're off for summer you should have to to hit the gym at least 3-5 days per week. Get a tub of mass gainer which is mostly carbs and protein. Drink like 3 scoops immediately after a workout. Also go to McDonald's or somewhere for lunch everyday and eat like 4 double cheeseburger. You can also drink the protein shake after your lunch too if you're not quiet full. Drinking large protein drinks after meals will habituate your stomach to having a high protein content so you don't feel as full easily.
Regarding the GF she has definitely been more pressuring of the gym, but lowk I don't wanna fucking go to the gym. I just wanna be chubby and fat and a pig lol. I'm too into it now and she can do what she wants when i eventually blow up. I just wanna be with someone that likes the pig I am gonna be. Though I wish I had the encouragement she gives but just for fattening up lol.
