College weight gain

I put on some weight in college, and was not trying to gain weight (not dieting tho lol)... i can't remember my exact stats but I think over 4 years I put on 50lbs give or take... i only know a few folks who dont put on some by the end, so i would say its very likely!

College weight gain

I went to college for one year living on campus and I actually lost 15 pounds. I wasn't trying to gain at the time, to be fair. But with all the walking across campus, stress from difficult classes, executive dysfunction, and trying to understand who I was, even the unlimited food in the dining hall wasn't enough to keep me from losing weight. I was also a lot more susceptible to people's criticism of me at the time, so getting praise for the accidental weight loss was also a factor.

If you're here and you know you want to gain, and if you have a meal plan through the college, you may have a good chance of gaining quite a bit, and going to college is a reason a lot of people won't give you too much criticism for, if that's something you care about.

Good luck with your gains and your classes!

I’m going to college in the fall and I was wondering Did y’all gain weight in college because I know it’s a big stereotype that people do but I wasn’t sure if that was true.

The myth of the freshman fifteen.....I had several fit, blonde athletic girl friends who returned from freshman year 30+ lbs heavier...

I thought I might gain FM year cause of all the things I’d heard about college, but only gained maybe 5 lbs that year. I actually gained about 30 lbs sophomore year when school got busier. Then I discovered I was into this kink 😅❤️

It’s true what other posters say about having a meal plan. Though I think easy access to food can also be obtained with as many off-campus places to eat exist near campus.

Yeah, I don't use my university's meal plan (in France, the portions are rationed and not very high in calories). But luckily, there was a Burger King not too far away, and I spent quite a bit of time there 😂

College weight gain

I was a pizza delivery driver for a while, and my freshman and sophomore years saw me go from 230 to 280. That's where I got my first stretchmarks, and I've been hoping to get more each time I gain a bit more, even though now I'm about 40 pounds from my peak of 350. So idk if I'll be able to get more of them, but a guy can hope.

Sign up for the most meal plans and flex money for snacks. Limit movement . Go to parties and indulge. Drink lots of beer or sweet cocktails and don't forget to order pizza or Chinese after. Save money by lounging in bed watching TV, with snacks in hand. Always bring food with you when going to classes. Find someone to gain relationship weight with.

Also, have a weird sleep schedule.
