Been juggling the idea of whether I should commit to a 50-75lb. gain or a full 100lb. and if it's worth following my fantasy gain of 175lb. Having trouble rising above my peak of 300lbs. as well. Tips or advice?
I think its important to have limits... boundaries. you can alwasy change them as you go along
my original goal was to gain only 20 funny how gaining 20 back then seemed like a lot. maybe think of limits as goals and then see how you feel? and go from there?
