Every time I reach this state I tell myself: I won't do it again.
Then I forget and want to do it again.
In my case, I order takeout. I eat some in the car and the rest at home. By then I'm already full. I take any drink from the fridge: soda, plant milk or a drink from the order. I pour in as much as I can with a funnel - no more than a liter goes in.
After something like that, the rest of the day is a torture with the feeling that I'm going to be torn apart, and every movement makes me feel like I'm up to my neck in food.
Those be the best feelings honestly for me. I had a particularly large lunch one time and I had to recline in my car because the pressure made me feel I was gonna spew. Worst part was having to get out of my car to set the seat back up behind me because it was stopping my reclining lol.
