Drinking water to expand belly?

Maybe I haven't been drinking enough water. I have read here that drinking water after a meal will help stretch stomach capacity and size. Has anyone had a good expanding experience with water? How much?

Hydrate or die-drate, my good sir.

With that said, while water bloats can help a lot with capacity, make sure you don't drink so much you throw off your electrolytes.

about anything you fill your body with will expand your capacity if you strech your comfort boundaries.

I have to echo what munchies said though. if you get up measuring iyoiur water in quarts/half gallons/gallons
then you need to make sure you are replentishing electrolytes.

I read that yogurt is good for replenishing electrolytes. So, if I am drinking a lot of water, eating some yogurt should help?
