Are they nicer now? Or can a person be fat and mean?

Hi,
So, This girl I went to college with seemed to have an edge to her. I steered away because I didn’t need to drama. I don’t know that she even made fun of anyone for being fat but she was definitely not someone that I wanted to hang around. She got her degree in accounting and packed on a lot of weight. I guess she sits at a desk all day. One of my friends said she had two kids and never lost the baby weight. She just looked tired.

I think she is sad or depressed. Or been lessened
