The best advice is not to push yourself, really. You want to stretch your stomach and not actually losing any food. If you feel bloated, just rest a little, wait until the feeling is gone and then start again. Eat slowly and take your time, let your body adjust to the huge amount of food, over time you will be able to eat more and more and gain weight effectively.

I have to say, there is too much stories locked in premium memberships, like it's the new policy on here, but content should be earn to get paid. It's Really sucks, that all the new stories are only in premium section.

People always will say things and not in positive way, you have to be prepared for that, if you willing to become fat. I was very skinny and started to gained weight only recently, after years of efforts. Like what Ditzy said, it takes years of eating to really transform your body, from a skinny one to really fat. Most of my friends did not say anything about my new weight (Women at work just feels more comfortable to offer me snacks 😸). It's family that usually comments on the issue, in my case. So, eat up, take a decision (whatever it's to gain weight or not, it up to you), and after that do whatever you can to become fat, real friends will not leave you because of that, and you always will have a new ones. Don't let people stop you from doing things. It's your life, not theirs.

I was cuddling and watching a movie on a sofa with a lovely SSBHM who wasn't a gainer/feedee -- totally vanilla and didn't know about this kink yet. At some point as we were holding each other, I started squeezing his rolls and he turned to me, blushing deeply, and said "are you grabbing my chub?" I didn't even realize I was doing it! I apologized profusely and then he told me that he liked it! It is a good memory~

Start with small snacks, just eat whatever you get the chance, then increase your meals, and try to eat more milk and add heavy cream to your coffee. If you do that, you will gain weight eventually, it's just matter of time.

It's all matter of View. Some might be over 500 ibs and still feel that they are not fat enough, for some 200 ibs might be too much.
