Healthy fats/calories?

InfiniteGarden:
Olive oil is a great healthy way to add extra calories (and generally make food delicious). Someone suggested protein but protein is very filling and not calorie dense as a macronutrient.

Carbohydrates and protein have the same caloric density, (4 calories per gram) but fat has 9 calories per gram. All the suggestions here, (meat, nuts, avocados) are all more calorically dense by having a good amount of fat.

People who get their info from tiktoks might disagree but the general scientific consensus recommends limiting saturated fats (butter, animal fats, coconut oil, and palm oil) for long term cardiovascular health.

Carbs tend to be less filling than protein so you can eat more of them. So carb based meals (rice, potatoes, gf pasta) and finding a way to add a healthy fat like nut butters, olive oil, avocado oil, grapeseed oil, etc. is a great way to get a lot of calories.

Fried rice with lots of veggies and tofu or lean meat stir fried up in a liberal amount of oil is a good example.

Syndred:
Op said they needed to limit sugar. Sugar is a carb. In fact all carbohydrates are literally sugar just bound differently this includes starches and fiber.

I'm not recommending a protein only diet. I'm recommending switching some of the carbs for protein and fat. Although I can see where you may have been misled. I did not necessarily indicate that.

I agree with a lot of what you said though especially the recommendations.

Yeah, you need to monitor your sugar intake, peanut butter and lot of nuts could help you with adding calories to your daily consumption, also avocados are great source,
Olive oil is also great, delicious and good for your health and also I suggest to make sure you eat every two hours and never let yourself be hungry, then you’ll gain weight eventually

Streching- capacity

Growing Rolls:
In the coming days, there are some events where I’d like to impress with my capacity and large appetite. Is there anything I can do to increase my capacity in advance? How long does it take before you notice a difference? Is nine- fourteen days too short? Tips and general feedback are welcome.

Ateitall:
The only thing I can think of with your short availability of time would be at every meal eat until you're full/satisfied and then chug a substantial amount of liquid until you reach the point of forfeit and give up. 2 weeks? Yeah, doing this at every meal...you should notice a difference in your capacity.

Yeah. That’s good advice

How many in a relationship where your partner weighs more than you?

Makethatgirlfatter:
My partner is about 40 pounds heavier than me, and I think it's so fucking hot. When I told her I like fat people, she decided she didn't need to diet anymore.

Haha that’s kind of hot

Going on a date but won't meet for the kink?

Imtryingstuff:
Just curious to see/ hear why some people will go out to meet someone for a date but won't do it if it has this kink involved?

I've seen it constantly "i don't do meet ups" "I'll meet after we do some online stuff". Why go out on a date but not a date/ do something with this kink?

I personally don't do any online stuff because of scammers.

Eleanorrigby:
i would imagine it's pretty similar to not wanting to be physically intimate too soon. they probably want to form an emotional connection and see how you would work on that level before delving into the kink and any possible sexual relations

Munchies:
Got it in one. It's a form of screening. Always check the vibe before you engage in kink shenanigans. Sometimes, people are incompatible. Sometimes, people need to be on a watchlist.

I'm assuming you are talking about women. We have to be extremely cautious. The worst you are worried about is getting scammed. The worst we have to worry about is getting stalked, raped, and/or murdered.

That’s correct. Munchies is right!

Extreme obesity irl

Romy:
I am immobile and almost reaching 900 pounds.
In my conditions, no one can work and to reach this size you have to dedicate yourself to eating like a pig and avoiding any physical effort.
We are talking about people who do not lift a finger all day except to put food in their mouths.
Perhaps there are exceptional cases, but the truth is that you have to eat like a pig until you burst all day long.
My stomach is too stretched. I can eat 7 packages of Oreo cookies for breakfast at and then devour 7 family pizzas at noon.
There is no work outside of the PC that I can do and my lifestyle is basically supported by my husband.
We are not rich but feeding myself is very expensive and I consume the equivalent of a family of 5 people.
How do they gain weight? eating as much as possible. Is it expensive to gain weight this way for an obese person? yes and a lot. Do they maintain them or do they work? Maybe they work up to 650 pounds and then can no longer do it because of a disability and have to be supported.
Maybe some won't admit it, but in my case I'm this fat because I wanted to and of course my stomach stretches and I eat more and more.

That important part that people should know about gaining weight, it’s not all good and great, there’s challenges and efforts to be able to overcome in order to maintain a lifestyle of one who is getting fat and eventually will need help, one way or another.

Feedism in movies

MottiF:
In City Island (2006), Ezra Miller’a character is a feeder who likes big woman, and it’s not portrayed as a negative thing.

Chubbypup:
I just watched this, and not only is it not portrayed as a negative thing, it's actually the most benign of all the secrets. If it's even a secret.

I agree!

Athletic/skinny to overweight/fat

Ex Jock:
About 40 lbs. it’s honestly surprising and a little concerning how much I don’t miss the old bod, and how much my “limit” or “wouldn’t mind looking like that” has increased. From ‘strictly feeder’ and never would gain, to a letting myself go a bit, go turning into legit gainer.

Chloe957:
You look way better, that's why haha

Fatter is better 😋
