Like ppl side here just control your pace, eat just before you getting really full, don’t push yourself too hard. And ever day just add a little more. I suggest to focus on food intake overall rather then stuffing yourself in one sitting, for example snacking throughout the day and eating all the time, make sure you always food with you, no matter what and eventually you will gain weight

Yes, make sure you eat all the time. Literally, just push yourself to eat more and more. Eat large meals every two hours, in between you need to snack all the time, a lot of peanuts and nuts, for example. After a while it becomes a routine and you will blow up in no time.

Gaining weight after moving out

Well in my case it’s just happened. Regardless if I was with my parents or not. I started to pile on pounds only recently, mostly from all the COVID restrictions at 2020

Weight gain is a process, in order to maintain the increasing weight you have to trust the process. I wouldn’t recommend you to rush and speed up things. Too much weight on shortest period of time, might cause unchanging harms. If you gain weight in course of a year or two you might succeed more in steadily increasing your weight without too much stress on your body, but you still need to prepare yourself for a future challenges. That being said, start with increasing your meals, food intakes and try to eat more snacks in between. Also I would involve a doctor, telling them you need to gain weight for a project and want to do it in a healthy way, you’ll surprise what the advices that they will give you. Just ignore the negative ones 👅

People who are into immobility or health issues, what’s the reason and why do you like it?

Immobility is the consequence of obesity, not the objective.
I don't think anyone likes being immobile and having health problems.
I like to be as fat as possible and I love my huge body full of rolls.
If I could walk it would be great. But in real life there comes a point when you have to choose between walking or continuing to gain weight.

I have always been a feeder and into larger women.

Nothing has turned me on more than seeing a slim fit woman turn into a big, thick, luscious curvaceous goddess. Her fitness dissapearing under layers of beautiful, soft fat. Seeing an already beautiful larger woman also add some extra sand to her figure has also been a massive turn on.


However in recent times I have been told by a plethora of people that I myself am remarkably underweight and that I need to thicken up myself.

One person told me that I need my own personal feeder! Another began expressing the changes they would love to see to my body and that it would help me become more attractive. My ex girlfriends have all told me they would love to see a thicker version of me.

Having said that I am at odds whether or not to go down this path.

I'm sure many a person on this forum has been in the same position.

Same her! And recently I appreciate the offer and start eating extra to please my friends so I got thicker. And man, that feels so good!

How do people get past the discomfort of unhealthy eating?

Yeah don’t push yourself with foods you can’t tolerate

Eat whatever you want and eat well. The best thing that helped me gained weight quickly was eating a lot of what I like. Just double your food intake everyday and you will be fatter in no time.

What was the most extreme thing you’ve done to gain weight?

I once ate at the restaurant and ordered an huge meal and I was stuffing myself silly with really big meal, like 2 double cheeseburger and huge bowl of chips and a big ceaser salad and beer, then the waitress came after I finished and asked if I’d like to get the bill and I said no, I want to repeat the order.

She was shocked but proceeded with the request, and then I ate it all too, I was so stuffed and breathed heavily from all this (it was about 4 huge burgers) but at the same time it was very cool experience and I hope to repeat it soon.
