Healty and fat

william keay:
I don't know where you've heard that about sumo's dying young but it's wrong!

Sumo wrestler live way longer than people in American and Europe because of all the intense exercise which is why they are 85% mussel and have very little viscal fat

Sumo wrestlers have a life expectancy between 60 and 65, more than 10 years shorter than the average Japanese male, as the diet and sport take a toll on the wrestler's body, and that's a fact.

European super league

Softissohot:
I don't know much about the business structure of football, but couldn't the smaller clubs just say "two can play at that game" and make their own "indi league" that is somehow by the fans for the fans and find ways of making it more appealing so they aren't just competing on revenue?

I think in the end, everything is about money and any league will need money to maintain the stadiums, regulations and etc. So it's not so easy for the smaller clubs.

Any girls into clothes padding?

Etiola:
I used to love padding back when I was anorexic and really skinny! It was my secret guilty pleasure...

I had this silicone 3 months pregnant fake belly that felt SO MUCH like real fat. I wore size S body shapers to help it stay in place.

I would put on my smallest pair of skinny jeans (a size 24... can you believe it?), a skin tight top and wore it in public all day long.

The small but noticeable muffin top made it look like I was one of these girls who always used to be thin but gained a bit of weight and obviously is in denial about it.

Now that I'm actually obese with a 34 inch waist and real fat rolls I don't pad anymore.

I probably look like I'm in denial because most of my pants waistbands are really stretched out from me slowly but surely growing into them... I just hate shopping for pants!

😲 I did a padding once, but never had the courage to get out like this in public 😱

Is anyone here serious about going for the extremes?

den88:
I’d love to be forced to weigh 800LB only for my feeder to ditch me and make me figure out life in my new body.
that's a fantasy for the most here.

I’m around 215 now, which is the highest I’ve been. I’m 5’2” so it’s pretty chunky for my height ☺️

That's cool. I am now fatter then ever, and reaching about 200 ibs. Hope to balloon up even more.

Healty and fat

Wanttoberealfat:
I want to become fat .. really a nice thick hanging belly, but also want to stay healthy do you have any tips?

william keay:
Go on a Sumo Diet they live to be in their 80s or longer.

The sumo diet is all about protein and complex carbs which is things like Noodles, Rice and potatoes, chicken, fish and even some vegetable's can help like parsnips.

As a meal I have have around 3 roast dinners a week (with chicken) and the other days I have curry and rice, stir fry's (egg noodles and salmon) Stews (chicken potatoes and vegetable's) chilli con carney

Actually most of the Sumo wrestlers dying young. Try instead to look for fat diet involved Milky fat and Subcutaneous fat (the good fat), and not the Visceral fat, which causes multiple health issues.

You have to eat plenty of starch (bread, pasta, potatoes) so your body has plenty of energy to store. At the same time, avoid all fructose (fruit, sweets, chocolate, sodas, etc.), which is said to promote visceral fat, and do plenty of excercise, which is said to reduce it.

Beware that lots of packaged foods (frozen pizza, some breads, etc.) have added sugar. So either check all ingredient lists, or (better) just prepare your own food from raw ingredients. But remember the Subcutaneous fat is better then the visceral one.

Gaining and lifting

Feedmesqueezeme:
I do, I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week mainly weight lifting. I still have gained a lot of weight over the years but I found it has really helped me adjust to the weight I’ve gained. It reduces the lower back pain I used to get a lot as well.
that's really interesting. The gym and exercises did not stop the gain? In other words, how do you exercise and still keeping with gaining weight?
