Is it actually necessary to delete stories under those conditions? Perhaps make it so that the stories CAN deleted, but are not deleted by default?
A lot of content is being lost this way.
I agree some good content can be lost, but new content is being uploaded daily to replace it. We just don't have the storage capacily to keep it all forever.
When user's delete their accounts it's because they want to remove themselves from the website, so we need to remove all of their content. They own the copyright so it's not for us to hold onto it.
If you see a story you really like, perhaps make a copy for your own personal use so that you don't loose it. Just remember not to publish it anywhere without the author's permission.

Every now and then we get a spambot attack. Over the last 2 days the moderators have banned over 200 fake accounts. Many thanks to Squish and Saphiel Sir for helping keep this website clear of spammers for everyone to enjoy.

When the chat restarts it throws everyone back into the general chat room. If you're in private chat when this happens you not notice the room change and click send. I'm working on a fix to prevent the restarts so this won't happen.

Apologies for the teething troubles with the new chat. We won't be going back because we need to keep pushing the website forwards. I'm currently working through the remain bugs and issues which should be resolved soon.

Even when calling the script
fantasyfeeder.com/chat/text/FFChat2directly, it gives a hardcoded (!!) 0 as users. Inside plain HTML. So it looks a little bit as if the server-side script has some trouble with languages? countries? or something like this that only affects certain users.
Or there is a blacklist for guys like me who talk nonsense all day
Looks like you’re not even receiving the CSS style sheet there. The chat should look like an application even if the JavaScript isn’t working.

I've recieved a message from a member that they're having prblems accessing the chat on Google Chromebook. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've fixed some bugs that should make the chat work for a lot more people. If you're still having problems with the blank screen, please post your Operating System and Browser below and I'll look into it further.
