Changing self image

It takes some time for you to accept that you're the "fattie" of the group - that you're always the biggest in group photos. It can be startling at first.

But once that is normalized, the feedee will have no problem piling it on. Being "bigger" will eventually become part of their self-identity. Their openness about their gluttony will also change as there's no way or use in attempting to hide it any more.

Med related gain

fanedfox:
To make another point. I always see the ads on television for meds that treat bi-polar issues. All of them show slim models having issues, then after they are apparently on the meds, she's fine and still slim. They only mention casually side effects of metabolic and weight gain issues, which in reality are quite pronounced. I personally know people who have taken meds for mental health issues and gained substantial weight.

Yup, no meds put on weight faster than bipolar/anti-psychotic meds. Clozapine and Olanzapine are off the charts.

When Eli Lilly was sued over it, prosecutors presented testimonies from the original studies in court. And one of the doctors was quoted during the study saying "if we were tasked with developing a drug for weight gain, we would all be millionaires. I've never witnessed anything like this."

Milkshakes are better for weight gain than energy drinks lol

Energy drinks have taurine which speed up your metabolism and aid in burning fat. Caffeine also decreases appetite. They also don't even have as much sugar as a plain ol' soda like Mountain Dew. Energy drinks would be a pretty poor choice for weight gain.

Looking for the fastest most unhealthy way of gaining

Bicepsual:
The fastest and most unhealthy would involve drugs.

TakenFeederJordan:
Elaborate?

I would just stack the most powerful weight gain drugs out there. Olanzapine + over-the-counter Walmart insulin and eat a massive meal full of fats directly after the ReliOn shots. You could layer a steroid like Prednisone but Olanzapine is so powerful in changing your metabolism and appetite, there's no real need to.

You would have a massively supraphysiologic rate of weight gain and level of appetite.

But this would obviously be an insanely unhealthy route to go - would guarantee you becoming diabetic if it was prolonged use. Gains are supposed to be enjoyed.

When did it hit that you're fat.

It really hit my wife the first couple times someone didn't recognize her at first glance.

Maltodextrin and visceral fat?

No.
It actually works the other way around. The fats in the heavy cream slow down the absorption of the maltodextrin, which is actually a good thing since maltodextrin spikes your blood sugar so high. It can easily cause diabetes.

There are a number of companies that have settled major lawsuits because they were substituting maltodextrin for sugar and selling the products as "no sugar added" "sugar free". And it caused major health issues in a lot of consumers.

Maltodextrin and visceral fat?

nmky:
But isn't maltodextrin a complex carbohydrate?

On paper it's a complex carbohydrate only because of its low-sugar content. But it has a glycemic index, 130, literally twice that of table sugar, 65.

So it goes through the digestive system and into the bloodstream very quickly. And spikes insulin much higher and faster than straight sugar.

Addiction to fast food

John Smith:they begun to order the same exact meal/s on a regular basis, even sometimes twice a weekday. Then someday, they lowered their guard as they're slowly losing any self-restraint and after a timespan lasting from mere days to a whole trimester, they're downing sugaries and other ultra-fattening treats like snacks prior indulging yet again on the regular daily dinner cycle and BOOM! Prior even giving the slightest warning, their bodies are swelling with fat every passing week, nay literal day .

This is exactly what happened when my wife gained a ton this past fall. She got on a little KFC kick where her interest was peaked and ordering it on the weekends for lunch. And it wasn't long before she got the idea to DoorDash it at night and share with the family with a movie.

Within a couple weeks, the kids were sick of it and she was eating a bucket of chicken at 9PM at night to herself with Netflix and it seemed totally normal to her by then.

Addiction to fast food

There are two developments I've noticed when someone blows up to true fatty level. One, fast food becomes a snack. They'll order a 1,500 cal fast food meal to hold them over and eat their real giant dinner a couple hours later.

The other is the transformation of their mental menu options, ie. "what sounds good". They get to a point where all of their go-to food options are super fattening. And often the list gets progressively shorter where they're eating the same fattening foods/places multiple times a week.

My old boss was VP of marketing at McD's. And one of their customer demo's are what they internally deem "super heavy users". These are customers that eat at McD's at least 10x a month. 75% of McDonald's sales come from this one customer set. His primary annual goal was to move these people to eating McD's 3x a week!
