went to put on some jeans yesterday to go out and run some errands. I've not had to wear real pants since this time last year. They're 5x with an elastic waist, and they still fit, but they're stretched to their full size and gave me a very slight muffin top. Might be time to get a new pair.

well this is a much nicer post than i expected. I expected to hear they had died with that title.
But yeah, it's still one of my favorite sites. The wall test is a great challenge and a lovely photo gallery.

I've always found it a turn on. I've always just assumed it was more of a thing due to me being asexual and therefore more self-contained in my tastes. If my struggling didn't turn me on it would just be annoying.

Per Google:
A cluster of conditions that increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
Metabolic syndrome includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol levels. The syndrome increases a person's risk for heart attack and stroke.
It's basically why most adults in the US are on meds. Like 1 in 6 people have it.

Ok, I don't think I've done this one before.
1. Break a couch
Yes, but not solo. Once with a group, once with a bbw friend jokingly sitting on my lap for a picture.
2. Break a bed
Yep, done this one a couple times.
3. Not fit into a car
Once, on a trip with a friend the rental place tried to give us a Smart Fortwo. Neither of us fit into that car.
4. Not fit into a bus seat
Did this back in high school
5. Break the scale
Yep, bent the platform of an analog scale. It wouldn't register over 200 afterwards.
6. Have a triple belly
Nope, no belly folds here.
7. Be able to clap with your thighs
God, been able to do this for a long time.
8. Hide objects in your belly rolls
Not particularly large objects, but I could hide the remote under my belly if you don't mind it getting sweaty.
9. Eat a whole cake
Did this for a bet in college.
10. Squash someone
Yes, but not in a sexual way. More in a "you've obnoxiously decided to lay across the couch when you knew we normally use every seat and I'm all out of fucks" kind of way.
Holy crap, I got 9

BMI really isn't super useful here.
On my 5'10" frame a 45 is 315 pounds and a 55 is 385. Having been both those weights the only notable differences were how easy stairs were and how long I could maintain max speed if I had to hustle.
BMI doesn't consider muscle mass or fitness levels. It wouldn't take long to find wrestlers or football players with no major mobility issues. Contrast that with those of us built like a bean bag chair who started waddling as they passed 200.
Build matters more when it comes to mobility.

Typically I'll do a medium pizza when I get one. Mostly because nobody makes a large gluten free pizza. Also they're all square cut for some reason.
Most I've ever done was 36 slices at a Cici's Pizza buffet back in college. Lol, manager asked me to leave for eating too much.

Depends on how well controlled the diabetes is. With the right meds gaining is still an option, you just need to learn your limits.
For me personally I mostly need to watch my intake of added sugar. I handle natural sugar just fine, and as long as I keep my added sugar within the 100% of daily value and avoid caramel I'm good to go.
