I love not being able to push my knees together while sitting. Belly in the way and squishes up nicely.

Gainer17:
3kg per day
You must be joking! On the basis of the OP requiring 2000 cals per day (his BMR) and taking in 4000, that is 2000 excess calories per day. 3500 excess cals produces a pound of fat so max gain would be around 1/2 lb per day or 3 1/2 pounds per week.

Looking to gain weight pretty quickly and I heard heavy whipping cream works really well if you add it to your diet. Only problem is I'm 18 and living with family, and I'm sure they'd notice a sudden excess of heavy cream just lying around in the fridge. Any tips to sneak in and hide heavy cream?
The trouble is it doesn't last long outside the fridge. I have a portable cooler which I keep in a hidey hole for the purpose. Maybe you would be better to try another more convenient source of extra calories. Peanuts are good.

I know you don't want to hear this but the other posters are right. You need to stop gaining and let things settle. This from experience. I wish you well.

About 35 lbs since February.

Why do I have to choose? I like both. The bigger the better.

The results are in! My last week was a bit anticlimactic. Despite increasing the amount of heavy cream I was drinking during the last 4 days by 1/3 of a quart (2 quarts total), I only gained 3 pounds during my last week.
Starting weight: 260 pounds.
Ending weight: 286 pounds.
I gained 26 pounds over 28 days. It's time for me to take a break for a week.
Everyone has ups and downs from one week to the next, even while gaining. 3 lbs in a week after 23 lbs in 3 weeks is excellent. Congratulations!

Once a week and I plot it on a graph along with belly measurement. Just had to buy a new 79" tape though as my 60" one was too short!

I hope you will keep us updated on this (successful or not). Unfortunately I can't join in because I have borderline diabetes and the carbs would do me in. However I'll be with you in spirit.

been on it for 7 or 8 days now, seem a bit softer but very little if any change in the scale, probably averaging a little over a pint a day, (just finished 4th quart) very little change in belly measure also. Though it does seem i bounce a tiny bit. does it take this long for everyone for it to work? last week I weighed in at 198 and today I weighed 199.2.
You need to allow 2-3 weeks for the cream to have it's magical effect. There is a delay in it's working that many here have noticed.
