If I ever need something, it would never even cross my mind to yell and interrupt someone else to go get said thing for me.
And that's another one of those "small things" that still blows me away now that my wife is fat. If she needs her phone charger or a snack, she'll ask any of the kids or blindly yell upstairs for anyone who can hear to go get whatever she needs.
The kicker is when she says "I just sat down, can you get my _____".... but she's been sitting there for 30-45min already.

Maltodextrin or Dextrose. They're pretty unhealthy though. They're over TWICE as glycemic than straight table sugar. Good way to get diabetes.
Stick to fats like peanut butter, heavy cream, olive oil, etc. in your shakes. WAY MORE calories.

Maltodextrin 372 cal

They are useless even if you want to gain muscle.
They suck.
I go to The Arnold every year. And at the vendor expo I've had some supplement reps joke after the event about those products, how what a ripoff they are.
They basically are marketed to skinny guys that don't know the first thing about diet and gaining muscle. Even the protein in those is not even a good whey isolate, it's mixed with literally powdered milk and cheap whey concentrates.
The whole product is a snake oil sham.

They're very expensive, total waste of money. They're 80% maltodextrin and 20% whey protein. They're for building muscle, not gaining fat.
You can go to a beer brewing store and buy a 30lb bag of maltodextrin for like $20. There's no need to spend $50 for a little plastic container of it in these "mass gainers".

But the I am fat aspect is just the gateway and starting point; it is the I am obese part that ultimately takes some of us under and those of is with a certain personality type will always succumb to it. Noticing you are fat is when you can get into your jeans but you can't fasten the button while the I AM OBESE part is when you notice that you can feel your belly jiggle, the back fat of your thighs jiggle, each butt cheeks jiggling and your calf fat all move simultaneously and that leads to sensory overload and you then realize that you just don't have the discipline anymore to lose three hundred pounds so you just give in
This. There was such a big lifestyle change right when my wife started referring to herself as fat (the way you call yourself obese). That moment when there was no more denial, she self-identified as being fat, all of a sudden she seemed to give in so much more to hedonistic eating and being lazy.
"Why not order a 2nd pizza for myself to eat later? I'm already fat. Nobody will even notice at this point."

LOL Soon you'll have to mentally "prepare" to get up. 😂
For the life of me 🤔 I can not remember what my wife used to be doing around the house when we talked, but I know she wasn't SITTING.
Since she's gotten fat, she's literally sitting on the couch all the time. In the morning, after work, before dinner, after dinner – it doesn't matter.
But she's not lazy - she "just needs to sit down for a minute" lol

Scrolling on social.
You're not expecting it and always have to take a double take - especially in group photos with skinny friends and you're the lone inflated blimp.

If you're like most offices, what fuels the weight gain is the constant free food. My office does a bagel day, donut day and a pizza day. My wife's is similar.
And all of the fat women keep their drawers stocked with snacks and soda that they endlessly snack on all day at their desks.
One thing you'll notice once you're heavier is coworkers will often let you know they're going out and ask if you'd like anything or invite you out.

Def turn on. But sometimes it's hard to decipher where the physical limitation is and where the adopted level of laziness begins. But even the increased tiredness and laziness is often a turn on!

I wonder what would happen if someone drank heavy cream on it.
It's often carbs that make you fat on Olanzapine because it completely changes the way your body burns glucose. This is also why one of the main side effects is diabetes. Your insulin is constantly spiked while on it.
