Uuuugh the undeletable double post of shame! Sorry

all the stuff I said in my previous post
Hiya, me again. I’ve relied on heavy cream and gainer shakes for the last 10 years as I’ve gained over 150lbs., and recently I’ve been reminded how much I’ve learned about this very topic (after spending a week a week incorporating various amounts of heavy/double cream into my daily diet for the first time in a long time).
I’m older so I’ve been keeping my blood sugar, therefore the GIs of my ingredients. What this has reminded me of is that if you can make a liquid you enjoy drinking, you can drink it and get fat with a fuckton of cream.
I’ve been making almond butter smoothies with agave and milk - add 600ml double cream for 4 days over a week (or more/faster) and I can all but guarantee you’ll wake up feeling puffy all over.
You don’t have to have a ton all in one go, but I do suspect punching your body with a brick load of calories is part of why this works. I find 300ml+mixer drinks are easy to get down, whereas 600ml+ tend to be more of a challenge.
Start small and work your way up to what feels right, and do it as often as you can for a couple weeks. Make sure to eat enough nutrients from other food as well!
Highest calorie mixers are brownie/cake mixes and nut butters. The easiest ones are store bought fruit smoothies (Innocent, atm), melted ice cream and flavoured milk.
I think it’s obvious that if you’re drinking heavy cream you’re doing it because you need to be fatter NOW. For this goal, heavy cream is the only true answer I know. I hope this info helps you enjoy the results as much as i have!

Did you manage to achieve this?? I can still reach my clit if I tuck my arm under my side boob and belly apron, although I have to prop my belly hang up to actually my hand/fingers… and my arm gets tired faster than I can fiddle myself into O-town 🤣
So, in that sense, I suppose I have grown too fat to get myself off 😅

My favourite go-to is 300ml double cream + 300ml single cream + a box of brownie mix.
If you’re in the US use enough heavy whipping cream to make the mix chug-able!
Sometimes eating is exhausting - adding a shake to your day (or several days a week) for a few weeks is a great low-effort way to get those extra calories in!

Solidly a 7, but not far above the lower limits of this level.
I 100% agree that this is the line between BBW and SSBBW - too big for nearly all high street plus sizes, don’t trust benches and am wary of booths and have killed 3 patio chairs to date… the list goes on 😂

Same for me as most others here - I always had an awkwardly intense fascination with pregnant, growing bellies, and fantasised about my belly growing huge and out of my control; so I deduced I had a pregnancy kink, until I searched online for “growing bellies” or something and then I found the story “Judy’s Heaven of Food”, and I nearly blew a fuse with how hard I came. I found Yahoo Groups that day too! Immediately knew what my kink actually was then 😅
I spent nearly 15yrs convinced I’d never act on it, but a convergence of life events and a move overseas gave me the perfect opportunity to gain without immediate or persistent judgement from anyone I knew, all at the same time I’d stopped seeing the value in denying myself a sexual and life experience that I didn’t want to die without having experienced. I went from closeted lurker to gaining feedee in 2014 and achieved SSBBW status 5-6 years later, so whatever got me here has kept me here long enough for that transformation to happen!

Ditzy:
I lost a lot then a couple of years later regained.
The thing I noticed about the regained weight it was a lot flabbier and soft.
I always had a beach ball kind of belly in the past but as I re gained I noticed a double belly was starting so I ended up with a bit of a fat lower belly apron.
Since then my belly has gotten larger and flabbier.
We definitely have this in common *high five!*
