10,000 calories/day

I’ve reached 10k a few times. I’m skeptical about the body’s ability to absorb that much in a day. I’ve certainly sustained 7-8k daily for a week at a time, and with spectacular results.

Profile search is broken

FF Team:
Hi HanSelo,

Thanks for raising this with us. I am not so sure that this is a broken feature but that there are not many profiles within your area, and the search is trying to bring up profiles within the closest possible radius to your search parameters.

However we can get this looked into to double check as we want all of you lovely people to be able to find what and who you are looking for! smiley

Hi C00kie,

That’s great - thank you. Having browsed the profiles, there are many folks in my local area, so search should be able to find them. It’s so odd how the first few (2-4) results are very close, then they jump to hundreds of miles away.

Thanks again. smiley

Gain shake advice?

EmilyW:
My personal recipe is this:
Milk or kefir (if lactose intolerant), I use about 40 Oz but that is a lot. I use kefir personally. Too much milk makes me, you know, 'toilety'. No issues with kefir, all the lactose had been eaten by bacteria.
1 nice long and hard banana.
heavy cream to taste, don't go crazy, half cup or cup?
cocoa powder, about two spoons
syrup to sweeten, I actually use Keto sugar-free syrup with Mocha flavor, coz I am on diet. Yes, it is a fattening diet, but that is just semantics. Diet is a diet.
If you really try to "expand your horizons", add few scoops of maltodextrin. Your ass will thank you with rolls of fat.

Alternative flavor:
milk or kefir as above
heavy cream
frozen strawberry slices, about cup or two, microwave for 2 min
1 nice hard and long banana, "Oh, It is so big!"
maltodextrin if your panties are still too loose and you need to fill them up, coz yeah, we all do!
No need for sweetener in this case.

Sometimes I put a few spoons of quick oats in it, it makes it thicker. I like them thick too, not just long. I am still talking about milkshakes, I think.

Which reminds me I need another one of these.
I usually have 3 a day. Sometimes 4. I have to stick to my Keto diet, right?

Get fat!

Maltodextrin should be in the arsenal of every serious gainer.

I tend to avoid adding it to cream-based shakes because it makes them too thick for my personal taste, but on srs gain days, I fill one sports-protein-shaker-mixer-thing with 600ml double cream (plus flavourings, if I feel like it) = nearly 3000 calories and then another protein-shaker-thing with a litre of high-sugar fruit juice (often “tropical”, as this mix seems to have highest calorie content) plus 100g of maltodextrin = nearly 1000 calories.

I sip from the protein shakers throughout the morning. 4000 calories with very little impact on appetite, so I can generally reach a total of 7000 calories in a day.

And I’m rapidly getting fat.

New gainers: where to start

Heavy cream. Small portions, spread out across the day. It works like magic.

Do you have kids? does that change anything for you?

sweet_cuddles:
So my husband and I have been considering having our first baby sometime when COVID settles down a bit. I'm just curious, does having kids make you feel less inclined to participate in this fetish? I feel like I need to try to be my healthiest to take care of this small person and make sure they're eating a balanced diet because I can make a choice with my weight and food but they have to depend on me to make choices for them to an extent... it makes me want to prolong having kids for a bit longer lol but I'm already 26 now. Tell me your experiences!

LondonFA:
So my wife and I have 3 (7, 3 and 18months).

We're talking together about this together as I type.

1. Yes during pregnancy your sex life changes. Usually for the better after the 1st trimester. We continued our feeding kick but, switched to healthier stuff (no more donut holes on the bedside table)

2. After becoming a mom, you have responsibilities but, gaining becomes easier for most as there is a lifestyle shift. Although not her largest, she is big and now thanks to 3 large babies, very very soft in the middle.
You can gain to a point healthily and in both the USA and the UK there are regular cholesterol and blood sugar checks during and after pregnancy up until jr is 6 months old ish.
Keeping active is possible but so is regular over eating and snacking.

If you like changes in you body and getting softer and heavier and rounder then pregnancy is great. Just remember, there's someone sharing the space and stuffing isn't easy when your organs are reduced to 1/3 of their normal space.

3. Postpartum sex is a slow relearning curve for most. Give it time and see where the land lays. Don't assume everything will be the same physically or mentally.

4. Gaining and keeping baby weight is a societal norm, despite pressures to lose some, you are expected to keep most. I feel my wife "gained " her figure through becoming a mother, some claim women loose theirs. She's never lost the tummy from the first and has added to it each of our 8 years. You'll find plenty of chubby and fat moms in social groups and can coast in to obesity throughout your 30s if that's what you wish.

As with all gaining, there's no rush, you're 26 and it can be a kink you can enjoy for decades. And if you're lucky you can keep the weight in to old age so long as you're sensible [don't daily gorge heavy cream shakes and only leave the couch to use the bathroom and expect to not have health issues]

We've taken our kink in to our mid to late 30s by maturing it. High end dinners where she'll eat both hers and most of my tasting menu. Good chocolates, long brunches, her truly enjoying the early baking efforts of our 3 and 7 year old. And, the occasional box of macarons on the bedside table once the kids are asleep.

The weight and softness keep coming but its usually due to a shock in the dressing room that she realizes the progress.

5. Being a reflection and example of society to your little ones is part of parenthood. If you're fat and lazy expect your kids to notice. Own it and show confidence in what you do and remember being a good parent is possible, being a perfect parent isnt. If you enjoy sitting down and snacking and being pampered then let it happen but also let the kids be around and not feel neglected. Put on family films or educational shows while you park yourself and eat. Being physically healthy is partly being mentally healthy, and being present and engaging is easier when you're hapoy at home eating than it is if you're always at the gym being unhappy with yourself.

There are a raft of options and what we feel the most important thing is, is to be honest with yourself and your husband about how you both feel, before during and after pregnancy. That goes for kinks too.

This is an excellent post.

Is is safe to take steroids and apetamin together?

Really sorry to read you’re in so much pain. Fingers crossed it’s solved very soon.

I can’t offer much in the way of knowledge about the differences between steroids and steroid types, other than to say that dexamethasone, a frequently prescribed corticosteroid for inflammation, is known to increase appetite. Speaking personally, it made me constantly hungry.

Adding cyproheptadine into the mix isn’t likely to have negative consequences. Just be prepared for a couple of days of grumpy drowsiness at the beginning.

Is is safe to take steroids and apetamin together?

Shakesphere is correct. Cyproheptadine is fine with most (if not all) steroids. But, always read the leaflet that comes with your medication. It will list contraindications.

Forgive the potentially intrusive question, but which steroids are you receiving? I ask only because if it’s dexamethasone or similar, expect you appetite to go insane even without cyproheptadine.

Apetamin?

It's Cyproheptidine, a common (but old) antihistamine. It's prescription-only in the US, but here in the UK, we can buy it OTC. I've Apetamin and Tres Orix Forte (another brand, same thing) listed on Amazon Marketplace and eBay in the past.

I've experimented with it. You have to stick with it to get beyond the drowsiness (two to three days). In my experience it's very, very effective at boosting appetite.
