You do have to try... and by "try" we don't mean wish... you have to seriously over-eat initially to increase stomach capacity. That is going to mean some discomfort but the stomach is a malleable organ and will respond with consistent stretching at least twice daily.

And when it was said diet, you replied you don't have 10 lbs to lose... you mean you don't have 10 lbs of flab... that's thinking wrong. You want to lose muscle, which will happen if you restrict calories and don't exercise.

Now if you mean you already look like a famine victim then you have to get serious about continuing to eat when you aren't hungry... trust us, there is more room than you think. Train yourself to associate being over full with pleasure... I'm sure you can think of something pleasurable to experience after you stuff yourself to the point you feel moaning-groaning FULL.

Apetamin is an appetite stimulant that will help you feel more hungry more often and delay feeling too full to keep eating. But you still have to put in the effort of actually eating more food ALL THE TIME. It is the consistent daily overconsumption of excess calories that is required. Having one or two stuffings a week isn't going to get you anywhere.

What can ff do to make you come here more often?

The pics page was changed... very frustrating to use now. Have to re-load after EVERY page. Just maddening.

Any pills to increase appetite?

"Full" is a relative feeling.

For a lot of people it means "I've eaten enough that I don't still feel hungry".

For most gainers, they eat past this point until it actually becomes uncomfortable or aches just a bit. This is the stomach's 100% full mark and it's usually 25-50% beyond the normal "not still hungry" capacity. However, unlike the gas tank on your car, the stomach is capable of stretching. If the feedee gets to 110-125% of this capacity mark on a somewhat routine basis (2-4 times weekly) the stomach can gradually increase it's baseline capacity.

The key is to encourage the feedee to push past that "full" indicator (because they aren't really FULL they're just "not hungry"smiley and keep going until they're pretty uncomfortable, start to have some small pains, maybe having to catch their breath a bit. Doing this routinely 3-4 times a week will eventually increase her capacity, which will be necessary to keep up the feedings as she puts on more weight and avoid plateauing.

People suggest apetamin for this and I've heard it helps the feedee by getting past that initial "full" feeling and being able to get up to the true 100% mark or beyond before wanting to stop. It's also good to have many different kinds of food to avoid her getting bored. Different tastes and textures will keep her eating longer.

How do i introduce feeding

My boyfriend and I have been together for a while now and I want to introduce feeding into our relationship. He loves my big belly and stretch marks and always motivates me to gain. He�s actually the one who introduced me to the community. When initially explaining to me his interest in making me fat he mentioned he wasn�t a feeder. I wonder if he said this to me because he�s not interested in feeding me or if he just was afraid to introduce so much at once. I am really interested in having him feed me, but how do I tell him it�s something I�m interested in?


I suspect he meant "not a feeder" in the media depiction sort of way. You could open a conversation next time you two are getting cuddly or making out by saying "I have a confession... can I tell you a secret fantasy of mine?" Then describe the fantasy starting "Ok, in this fantasy I'm seeing some guy, and here's what happens..."

Or explain you read that story somewhere and were surprised how hot it got you.

It might make it easier if you leave him, specifically, out of the story. If it goes over badly you can say "Well it was just a silly fantasy" and there's no pressure on him. If it goes over well, you can suggest "Maybe you'll surprise me with that sometime... that would be fun!"

Very well possible. Weight and curves don't always grow at the same time. So you might be surprised with a truckload of extra pounds some day soon. Again: be patient and don't let them scales ruin your gluttonous stuffing flow!

I�m not a patient person! I was hoping it would show up quicker since my boyfriend has been out of town this week for work. I figure I can overeat while he�s here and then super binge when he�s gone. I feel like that would pack on inches.

How long does it take for a gain to appear?

You might also try a search for weight gain hypnosis or weight gain subliminal on YT. Listen to a couple clips every AM and PM for a few weeks. You may find yourself suddenly packing it on steadily!

Another 25 lbs and that boyfriend of yours will have a hard time not admitting you're getting fat! When he does, be sure to whisper in his ear "I like that you noticed... want to get me a snack? then maybe I'll give YOU a treat!!"

You may end up with a feeder by the power of positive reinforcement!

How long does it take for a gain to appear?

Keep it up. You just need to bury your metabolism under an avalanche of calories to budge off that set-point. Some people report heavy cream working for them. Good luck!

Before/after photo montage, with appropriate bg music. Too-tight clothing try-ons. Capacity-limit stuffing sessions with moans/groans of over-fullness as the feedee continues to eat well beyond the level of being comfortably full. NO TV OR DISTRACTING AMBIENT NOISE.
