Go a long time without eating, then binge, your body will store more calories as fat in case it starts to "starve" again lol. Also, eat a lot of calories right before you sleep. There are a lot of good advice posts here as well.

Posting that is definitely out of line, and just shows how completely self centered that guy is. He obviously didn't stop to think about how such a comment would affect anyone but himself. And then proved it again by trying to make you the bad guy for not talking to him enough. ><
