Only 1200 more cals left to eat today to gain one pound a week. I'll eat that by lunch so I'm def going over the one pound in a week rule. Especially if I keep eating 1000 cal breakfast
I gotta go into work but I wish I could just stuff my face more and more. Gonna get some weight gain shake later. That's an extra 700 cals hope it helps me thicken back up
