well, depends. Water is consistent more or less on its flavor everywhere. Now chocolate milk can vary widely depending on the mixture

I know some Mexicans that work at a chain tex-mex (always packed) and they only eat at the Mexican restaurant in town!

Well of course a local mexican restaurant will serve "actual authentic" food compared to a chain
