huge gain
100 pounds is a lot of weight, be prepared for the changes! It won’t happen overnight. I would recommend a smaller amount just to start off with then go from there.

I would honestly just suggest eating ice cream at that point if it’s to weird for you to get heavy cream, just put down a tub every few days (it’s what I do when I have ice cream, love the stuff)

has anyone seen the movie, “the whale”?
