After losing some weight it comes back now twice as fast and i usually end up bigger than when I lost. Jave a big enough belly now that I can wear pants/skirts under my belly and have it hang a bit or tight like this. Whatâ€™s better?

There isn't a single answer for what is better. You know we all like seeing that sexy belly, so obviously letting it hang is wonderful. But truth be told, you are beautiful and sexy no matter how you do it!

Crazy how the fat just piles back on once you start eating normally again after putting on some weight then holding off. Truth be told this feels better
