Been sick with a cold and my adjustment to my thyroid medication has increased my metabolism while I have not been eating much or much for me. Lost 20 lbs in a few weeks which is rapid alot of water I am sure. Oh well see what happens.

Ordered my gain shake supplies, milk, cream, ice cream, chocolate, custard, milk powder, banana, mango, peanut butter…. Also used grocery delivery for the first time, see how that works. Means I can stay home and eat more and move less than ever. At over 500 lbs shopping is a hassle. If have not done many shakes this month, should help push my weight to 550 quicker.

I tried a new burger place, tried three burgers, Mexican, Aussie and English style, struggled on the last one as all had fries, plus had 2 large cokes, but still had ice cream with fudge sauce. Dinner I had Indian curry, entree of spice chicken, a lamb butter curry , beef curry , large coconut rice, roti bread side and bottle of beer, very full after all that. Pushing my weight up to 545 lbs.
