it's a myth that fat people can't feel the cold!
I don’t notice the cold but I’m from frosty Minnesota. What I can’t stand is heat.
Funny though, as I’ve gotten more body fat I tend to notice the fat kind of changes in extreme cold ...

It shouldn’t matter to much go for more protein to help build your body back up, but generally as long as you keep workin out and eatin good u should see what your looking for
