Hitting refresh or F5 does make the shoutbox repost, yes. Going to a different page after making a shout will stop this from happening.

Sometimes the profiles have been deleted by the user themselves already.

I'm an administrator, but hiccupx is the site owner/etc, he's the one who adds things/etc.

We don't get to choose all of ads that come on here. Weight loss ads are probably generated by the word 'fat' or something.
