I slipped and fell on an icy patch 😬 Thankfully I didn't hurt myself... but trying to heave myself off the ground with no support was a lot harder than I expected 🫣 Haven't had any reason to be on the floor lately 😂

Scrolling through food images on Instagram while lying down is really dangerous 😳 My mouth was salivating so much over the pictures and recipe videos I nearly choked on my own saliva 😅

Pictures like these really helps much understand why I have trouble bending over, standing up, leaning forwards, or moving about in general 🙈 This belly just keeps swelling with flab, barely sharing with the rest of my frame - makes me feel quite dispr

I'm not into any extreme weights yet compared to some, but I'm already starting to have trouble with this 😅
My belly is by far the biggest part of me, so reaching around it isn't the easiest.....
