Ever since I started gaining weight, most of it has gone to my belly, and it's easy to miss when other parts start to gain - my clothes are usually stretchy and oversized for comfort. I'm quite sure my ass must've gotten fatter lately, though, because when I sit down I'm taller than I'm used to. I tower over a few friends of similar heights when we're sat on the same sort of seat, and I know my head is closer to the ceiling in cars now 😅

So... I've gone from 344lbs to 365lbs in a year....

Got a new position at work, new title, new desk, new chair... The way I have to wriggle myself between these armrests is getting ridiculous. I should probably see about having them removed... before I end up utterly wedged between them 🙈 I'd rather not have my ass stuck in it while said armrests are removed 😂

When I walked down a shopping street today, there was a kid walking just in front of me who kept turning around ogling at me, until they finally exclaimed "Big belly!" ("Stor mage!" in Swedish).
First of all: rude. Second: true 🤷‍♀️

I visited a café with my friend, and I was planning on having a big lunch later so decided to only have a drink, while my friend ordered a full English breakfast. When she went to order for us, the old lady at the till asked if I wasn't having anything to eat, and my friend just jokingly said to bring an extra set of cutlery so I could eat whatever she doesn't finish. The sweet old lady ended up bringing me almost an entirely loaded second plate for no extra charge 😂 Either her grandmotherly urge to keep everyone well fed is just that strong, or she's secretly a feeder 👀

I'm having a lot more trouble with stairs than usual - here in the UK, they're often a whole lot steeper than I'm used to back home 😅 I really have to struggle heaving myself up, and my belly gets in the way, pressing against my thighs and making each step a big work-out 🙈 I avoid them as much as I can, but can't always stay on one floor. It makes me feel really massive 😳

Just flew recently for the first time in a long while - I still fit in Ryanair's plane seat, though I had trouble making my way into the window seat - I ended up unlatching the table trays as I went 😂 Still very much needed a seat belt extender. I'm thankful it was a short flight, because there is no way I could've fit through the door of their tiny lavatory 😳

I couldn't decide between nuggets and noodles, so I'm just gonna have two dinners 🤷‍♀️

"That buffet was amazing! We should definitely come here again soon. Let's go to that milkshake bar for dessert."

"I can't."

"Sure you can - I've seen you eat more than that, and we still have time."

"I mean I can't physically go - I've been stuck in this booth since you went to refill my plate the second time."

"Oh... Well, we'll just have to stay here and check out their dessert options then."
