Chugging down all on its own is different from pouring it in a glass while you’re munching on something, and I didn’t realize how difficult it is to belch with iced tea alone. 😂 I also had a terrible headache right after.

Skipping dinner was a bad idea. I ended up wide awake past bedtime due to excessive hunger, but I didn’t want a heavy meal either. Lol. My life decisions confuse me sometimes. 😂 well, most of the time. I tried to measure the depth of my belly button, just because. 🤭Pardon that I babble so much. I’m doing my best to practice talking less, but it seems to not have worked at all…🫢 YET.
