I'm 6'0" and 287 pounds with a BMI of 38.9 (almost officially morbidly obese). My empty belly measures 54" around.

I weighed myself this morning and was 284, a disappointing loss of three pounds. My belly is still very round though. I can't wait to finally hit 300!

These pictures were taken in October wearing XL scrubs (I finally accepted that I've outgrown them and bought 2XLs a couple of weeks ago).
