what little differences have you noticed recently?
When I put my hands up over my head my shirt lifts up (as expected) but doesn't fall back down any more It just gets hung up on my protruding belly, leaving a little paunch hanging out.

Do you have any fat relatives? Look at them and how they carry their weight, a lot of it is genetics.
