I have never heard of anyone having this experience as an Admin, but have heard of numerous members having their accounts with Paypal suspended after the company received complaints about payments made in exchange for content which is in violation of their rules. Using the Contact Us page or the Feedback & Suggestions section of the forum here would be the best way to get a response on the potential issue from those higher up on the Admin chain that could look into the issue.
