Thanks I appreciate the kind words.
I rarely talk about that stuff on this site.
I try to keep that stuff in the past.

Compulsive overeating is more like an addiction because you can't stop at times and don't care if you gain or not.

What are your best weight gains over 6 months??
Several years ago during a difficult overeating/ binging spell my Dr said I had gained almost 30 lbs between visits which are usually every 6 months.

Winter storm gluttony
My power went out last night so I fired up the wood burner in the basement to keep warm.

I am a compulsive over eater so always eating snacks and milk shakes thru the day it tends to put weight on me.
I eat a ridiculous amount at meal time because I can't get really full.
