overdue check inBeen yoyo--ing around 200 +/-5lbs for a long time. Not sure how to break this barrier, or if one even want to. Winter is coming, perhaps that will be enough to push me over the hump.

Eat only when you're awake, but eat the whole time you're awake. Except when you're on the bathroom, that's gross.
