Lol has anyone ever had this happen? So i was at he dr’s last week and she was like how tall are you and i told her and then asked how much i weigh and i said 250 maybe 260 and she said no way you’re that much, like i was fibbing so she gets the scale set up and put the marker on 215 and it shot straight up and she started moving the dial slowly and it didn’t move and she ended up just saying wow i don’t remember the last time i was that far off lol

The best advice i can give is we need to team up and start tearing some food up together DM me if you would like some help getting past your plateau
